Well, I haven't updated this thing in a really long time.

Today I had an eye doctors appointment and before I went the eye doctor office called me to verify some insurance information and they said everything was fine and i asked if I needed to bring a card with me. They said no. I don't have an eye insurance card. I was never sent one. Anyway, I get to the eye doctor and they tell me that my insurance will only take $5 off my exam. That's not right. I should only have a $10 co-pay. They kept on trying to use my medical card and not my vision plan. Anyway, I leave and want my appointment cancelled till I figure everything out. So I go out to my car to go to the website which is united healthcare vision and type in my member info and everything comes up. So I go back in and then everything gets figured out. Gosh! However, they were acting like i was the problem. They were wrong and I was right. They made me so upset that I almost started to cry in the office. I wouldn't have gotten so upset, but when the eye doctor office told me I would not need any vision plan card I didn't bother to call for the plan to send me out one. It just caused an unnecessary problem. Ugh. However, I'm glad things worked out and my vision didn't get worse. But the whole time I wanted to cry because they were wrong and acted like I was wrong. I was right. Ugg.

Sometimes I don't even know why I bother to believe the best anymore. There's really no point when I just get pissed off when I'm right with my thinking
