Welcome to the Underground Senshi Relief community! In the beginning, our community was solely dedicated to Sailor Moon and all the fandom aspects. However, we are now slowly beginning to branch out to all different sorts of Japanese entertainment. This community is moderated by windsorcerer, mako_jess and alkrea. The intention of this community is to be a HELP community.



1. We are not experts. All of us here are just fans who understand that sometimes you need help finding images, good fanficion, help with cosplay, character/actor information, etc. We are here to help as best we can and provide information we believe to be true. So please be considerate of that.
2. LJ cuts are your friends!! Anyone who joins this community can post, but this is not your private journal! Large pictures, long posts, reviews, etc. need to be placed under Lj cuts.
3. Understand that not everyone on this community knows what your fandom is about. We do our best to help, but sometimes we cannot provide the answer.
4. windsorcerer, mako_jess and alkrea reserve the right to remove anyone from the community who is causing a problem, but we will do our best to give warnings beforehand.
5. PLAY NICE!!! We will not tolerate discrimination against anyone. We are all friends here. In the same respect please be considerate of your posts. Do not post anything that may cause friction.
6. We would like to request that if you have gained any answer to any question from our community to join the community.

"MCC" or Monthly Cosplay Contest::

Rules:
1. You have to be a member of the community to enter.
2. Entries must be relevant to the theme of the month.
3. You must include the SERIES NAME & CHARACTER you are cosplaying.
4. In the event of a tie, mako_jess, windsorcerer and alkrea will make a decision.
5. If the winner of a contest cannot choose a theme by the designated date, the moderators will decide.
6. These contests are for fun and for love of cosplay. DO NOT CRITIQUE THE COSTUMES! Unless, the poster specifically requests for critique, do not go there.

Information/Prizes:
1. We will announce the theme of the month on the 1st of every month.
2. Once the entering deadline has come, windsorcerer or alkrea will make a 'master' post with all of the entries for them to be voted on. ONLY VOTES ON THE MASTER POST WILL BE COUNTED.
3. Once the voting deadline has come, prizes will be awarded to the winner. Rinse. Repeat.

Prizes: A choice between a stamp/banner or an icon. Listed on the User Info of u_s_r for an entire month. And, the winner gets to pick the theme for the next contest.
