It was a quiet hope, the kind that whispers, "Try again."
When youâre raised in chaos, chaos becomes normal.
A few decades have passed since that dark night.
The hardest part of learning how to get out of ADHD burnout was unlearning the belief that rest was something I had to earn.
Psychological modalities and self-care practices can help us cope, but are incomplete when the sources of our wounds are embedded in law, institutions, and the status quo.
Our cultures. Our identities. Our stories. Our futures are worth fighting for.
