Rustam Emomali
With a lifelong commitment to football, the President’s passion for the game has led him to become a leader within the sport. Mr. Rustam Emomali was elected to the position of CAFA President on 24 April 2019 at the 4th CAFA Congress held in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. He also serves as President of the Tajikistan Football Federation since 2012. With football at its core, President’s vision is to further strengthen the friendly relationships with all CAFA Member Associations, and every member of the football community.
Mohammad Yosuf Kargar
Following more than 45 years of experience in football on and off the pitch, Mr. Kargar was elected as a Senior Vice President of the Central Asian Football Association at the 8th CAFA Congress held on 02 May 2023 in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. Mr. Kargar has been working relentlessly both at the regional and continental levels with a focus on growth in all aspects of the game as a current member of the AFC Technilcal Committee.

Ulugbek Karimov
Mr. Karimov was appointed as a General Secretary of the CAFA in 2019. Previously, Mr. Karimov worked for Tajikistan Football Federation and his vast experience in football operations as well as excellent management skills pay off to the football development throughout the region.
