No Tombstone
Soo... its bit weird.
I played with 4 friend, and me as the server.

Then, one of my friend go with me to Plains at the Night. He fight a Lox, and then he said he ded, both of his character and electricity in his house (Power outage).

And, here is the problem. His character walking in the air at that time before he suddenly log out. He said he ded, but I don't found his tombstone near me. I try going around the Plains, but still can't found his tombstone.

He didn't die from the sounds of it, though - the server would register him as having logged out, thus no tombstone. And since the power went out suddenly, his client wouldn't have had an opportunity to update his character file since the last save instance, thus he'll be back to whatever condition and equipment he was at the last time it did get to save (or possibly naked and/or at base stats if the outage caused the file to become corrupted).

Yes, he naked in base. He insist that he ded, but I, who at that time, near him, see that he alive.

Had similar case once. Horrible lags when playing with friends and died as result, relogged immediately to see if that could help, but the game had no time to register transition - it placed death marker on the map but there was nothing on it, near it or beneath it, no tombstone. Here person's avatar died and connection was lost in the most unfavourable moment, which gave same effect.
