FAQ
I have encountered a critical error! The game won’t load, has crashed or won’t even start!
We are very sorry for those rare situations where the game doesn’t work as intended. We are constantly improving the game, but it’s not always easy for us to find the cause of particular bug. That's why we asking you to contact us via email contact@gameops.pl

Sending logs and you PC specification also will help us speed up the issue solving:
- Logs from AppData/LocalLow/Temp/JutsuGames/Rustler/Crashes
- System OS; CPU; GPU; RAM; HDD or SSD; Game controller you using;

Keep in mind that some antivirus software and other third party software may complicate playing the game:
- Try to turn off antivirus;
- Try to turn off RivaTuner;

I have noticed bug during the game and would like to report it
It is simple :D
Press "ESC" button and choose "report bug" and write down what happened. We will automatically receive screenshot and game logs.
In the description explain steps what we have to do to reproduce the bug.
Also feel free to provide your email, and we will contact you if we will need additional information.
