Game will not launch
Upon selecting "Play", I get an immediate pop-up in Chinese that includes the term "OpenGL".
This is followed by a second pop-up in Chinese that includes the term "BKEexception.dmp".
Game does not start.

What does this mean? How am I supposed to be able to run the game?
