I'm experiencing a microphone issue in R.E.P.O.

My microphone works normally in the main menu, but when I join a public lobby, the microphone input meter briefly responds to my voice and then drops to zero. After that, it no longer detects my voice, and other players cannot hear me.

However, I can still hear other players normally.

My microphone works without any issues in Discord and other Steam games. I have also tried the following troubleshooting steps, but none of them fixed the issue:

Changed the microphone device in the game's audio settings.

Tested Push-to-Talk and microphone settings.

Rejoined public lobbies and restarted the game.

Verified the integrity of the game files through Steam.

Reset the game's settings file.

Checked my Windows and Steam microphone settings.

The issue only occurs in R.E.P.O.'s public lobbies. The microphone works initially in the main menu, but stops detecting input after joining a lobby.

Could you guys please help me identify the cause of this issue and suggest a solution?
