First of all, I'm very sorry we had to abandon this Steam hub for a long time. Really wasn't our intention but yeah... it happend because of many reasons being a very small dev team and surviving as a business. This is certainly not of your concern, it is ours. As it is our concern to make it better.

Some of the reported problems can be solved by providing you with a bit of information and some savegames. So here we go!

The most issues we get reported are black screens or freezes in or after cutscenes as well as being stuck somewhere in a chapter.

Issues in Cutscenes:
The problems during a video (no video, blurry screen, slow framerate, green screen) is most certainly related to problems with ATI graphic cards in combination with the version of Adobe Air between November '13 to January '14.

- make sure you have the latest ADOBE AIR version.
- make sure, latest ADOBE Flash player is installed

- make sure you have latest graphics driver installed
- if you use ATI graphics, check if Mipmap Detail Level in Catalyst CC got switched to low. Set it back to high quality

- if this is of no help, please try to use an older Adobe AIR of October '13.

The problem occurs with some ATI graphics in combination with Adobe Air.



Problems with playing the flute nose song in the Wind Chapel, Chapter 3:

For this particular problem with playing the flute nose in the Wind Chapel, there was a fix done. I retestet in September 2016 with the actual Steam Version again and it works.

The correct keyboard-combination for the Steam version of the game is:
