Sidetrack Games.
They've been responsible for the updates and content for about a year now, and they've been doing a great job with it.

That would be Sidetrack games, theyve done a fantastic job supporting pd2 so far and giving it a lot of quality of life. They are even gonna give us a whole nother heist before the year ends just in time for the holidays.
