Long load times on Steam Deck
I recently tried to play this on my Steam Deck LCD. The game seems to work mostly fine, when you actually get in game. The load times are extremely long, where it seems like the entire game freezes up and you're not entirely sure whether it has locked itself or not.

I tried both with the pre-selected Proton version and latest GE-Proton, and met the same behavior.

protondb recommends ver: Proton 4.11-11

Played this on ps3 years ago.. going to give it a try again on steamdeck.. fingers crossed

I've had the same experience on my deck, but I can confirm that Proton 4.11-11 works the best. Thank you glider7.

If anyone still has this specific problem. DW-proton fixes the loading time issue. Install with ProtonPlus for easy install.
