I have the same. The ue5 lumen problem with some graphics cards out there. But the other game , the complex expedition looks fine, and i don´t know why. I even want to play this one, but there is no reflection, only the lights are vissible with a little bit of reflection on nearby walls, the ceiling and the rest of the area is just pitch plack, unplayable. I can play the complex expedition without any issiues, this is strange.

Its most likely that your graphics card doesn't support lumen, sadly there is nothing we can do on our end

So, the complex expedition doesn´t use lumen?

I KNOW THE SOLOUTION! You might have an IGPU, which is a CPU and a GPU combined, mostly common in laptops and handheld pcs, I had this thing too, there's a little fix on github, https://github.com/alxn1/d3d12-proxy/releases, drop the two files in the zip to your The Complex Found Footage\TheComplexFF\Binaries\Win64 folder, and its perfect!
