So I guess the real issue here is that you haven't figured out a counter to it?

The best pvp player i seen uses double barrel + blowpipe.

Confronting spam with spam isn't fun; the game has come down to giving a perfect ToTab.

This game is all about spamming, you either spamming your movement keys to spamm steps, or spamming treasure into your ship or spamming wind into your sails.

But firing your guns until their ammo is depleted is not spamming, try spamming the taking cover strat.

I haven't had any problems with this game. I'm saying that it's boring to see pistol shooting from ship to ship in every game.

Well you can get into their ship or shoot at them with a different gun, maybe cannons too.

I don't play HG. And in High Seas double gun is not common. Most people use sword and something else.

I just use it, because it's my favourite weapon to use to fight npc enemies, has the best aiming sights and range, without cutting out the rest of the scenery around you when aiming, like the sniper does. I don't engage in the PvP myself, cause, yeah, players can find annoying ways to manipulate the weapons, lol

You can use PVE however you want, but when a mid-level player appears, you spam one use until someone goes to the bottom

It seems some people don't understand what I'm talking about. If you want to shoot at skeletons in PvE, there's no difference in weapons at all. I'm not talking about those in real-life skirmishes with players who aren't drowning or just trying to get on board. If you want to win in PvP, you need to save them with a pistol. It has huge damage and a very short reload time. After a few games, you just close the game because every fight is the same.

It's your choice to use that weapon, most people i seen uses shotgun sniper, shotgun sword, some people uses sword grappling hook, i use blowpipe knife, the most skillfuly players uses sniper pistol or pistol double barrel.

There are no drones or smgs yet, but you can use spears, the wind thing, the fire skull as a flamethrower or the disney stick as a rocket launcher, you have frag grenades, molotovs, even pokeballs... don't know what else you expect from a pirate game, a sling shot?

If people are arguing what weapon is the best, that means the game is in moderate balance (people complaining about stuff equally). People will never stop complaining.
