how do you get these achievements?
Collect x spell cards from your foes.

what does it mean to collect a spell card? getting through it without taking damage? does this count both story mode and the other mode?

Box Blaster

no idea what this is. i assume you get it automatically after destroying some number of boxes, but maybe you have to bomb a box

Skillful Playthrough
Get through a spell card without getting hit for 20 times.

what does this mean? get through 20 spell cards (across any number of bosses) without getting hit even once?

The Record of Scarlet Mist Incident 1
Collect all endings of Reimu's scenario.

why do so few people have these story achievements? is there something hard about them?

Too Fragile
Daily Explosion
An Obviously Meaningless Persistence

As I can see in your profile that you managed to get all of the achievements in this game. Could you please tell how to get the Daily Explosion achievement?

that's the silliest one, and it's also tied to getting a bunch of others (seeing all the endings)

it's the achievement you get for ending 3; getting all three keys, fighting the true final boss in story mode, and not killing the boss during the final spell card. it's the one with a bunch of explosions. just run around (it takes like, a full minute) until the end triggers

How do get your character to lvl 150, 300, and 400? I've killed everything and gotten every donation box in story mode and the regular difficulty modes and there is nowhere near enough enemies to reach even lvl 100.
