How do you get the third ending for each Story Mode?
The achievements say that there are three endings each for Reimu / Reimu + Marisa / Rin.

The first one I got after beating 6 stages and missing some of the keys.

The second one I got after finding all three keys and beating the 7th/EX Stage (probably the true ending)

Does anyone know the conditions for getting a third ending? I thought it might have been losing a continue at any point of the playthrough, but that didn't seem to be it.

If you find all of the key, you'll play the EX Stage(7th Stage)

At last spell of patchouli, don't shoot her down, hold on a moment, you'll get the 3rd Ending

Thank you very much! I've got to wonder since I can't read any of the story: Did the dialogue give a hint to that solution? Because if not, that's surely a "kneel-before-the-wall-until-a-tornado-appears" moment if I've ever seen one.
