How to unlock Marisa?

Maybe it's a stupid question, but how do I play as Marisa? I have seen her on a screenshots. I can not find out how to choose her in main menu even after finishing the game. Or do I have to unlock her somehow?

I am also interest in knowing that. It maybe has to do with the 3 keys.

At the first stage
After beat the BOSS，in the southeast of the map

the 1st key in stage2
the 2nd key in stage4
and last key in stage5

if you find them,you'll play the EX Stage(the 7th Stage)
