What is Bellingham?
Okay, here is my big question.
What is Bellingham like?
If I look out my window right now, can I assume that is what my character sees? Is it bigger? Is Downtown more industrial? What's the basic 'Image' of the City?
This of course will affect haven locations, influences, and perhaps even character concepts.
