Singapore Snapshots

A community for anyone to post any picture, as long as it's of Singapore: its landmarks, its features, its people, its personality. Something we can showcase to the world, our "identity".


Please look through the rules before joining.

• Pictures must not be bigger than 700x700. If you feel that your pictures are best viewed in their full glory at a higher resolution, please post thumbnails and link to your pictures, or put them behind a cut. I will not have these pictures screw up anyone's friends' pages.


• If you're posting more than 2 pictures, please use the lj cut tag. Instructions are here. Maximum of 2 pictures without lj cuts.


• Don't turn this community into an exhibition space for your life story, i.e., don't post pictures of you and your 13 cats, 83 dogs, 98374 friends, siblings, parents, grandparents and assorted relatives. If we wanted to see them, we'd have added you to our friends list.


• Since it's a community about pictures of Singapore, no pictures of other countries/cities/whatevers are allowed. Don't know where Singapore is? Find a map.


• Stolen work will not be tolerated. If the pictures don't belong to you, please make sure you have permission to post them and give credit where it's due.


• Identify your pictures, be it the second traffic light starting from Ngee Ann City towards the direction of City Hall or Ah Meng at the Zoological Gardens.
  Also, it'll be great if you're able to include extras like hardware information, exposure settings and/or any other captions/notes etc.

All offending posts will be deleted and repeat offenders will be banned.
