Help writer's get published
The purpose of this community is to help writer's improve their writing so that they can send it off to be published. This will be achieved through constructive criticism.
The community works as follows:
Members will sign up for a day each month to present an essay, chapter of a novel, poem, or whatever they are working, to be critiqued by other members of the group. There will be a sign up post for dates. On their day, the member will share their piece through Google Docs with the other members of the community. The other members are responsible for reading their work, critiquing it in Google Docs and sharing their critiques with the author.
We will be using this journal to post critique dates and anything that members feel is relevant to writing(ex: writing contests, articles on being published, etc).
Please do not post your pieces to this journal to be critiqued! Writing online counts as being published and most publishers do not want work that has already been online. That is why we will use Google Docs to critique.
In order to keep this running smoothly membership is limited.
