PRINCE TO INTRODUCE 3121 – THE PERFUME: Singer launches Web site announcing new fragrance launch in July.
*It looks as though Prince is about to release a new fragrance line named after his latest album and club, 3121.
According to the product’s Web site, 3121perfume.com, the new scent will be released on July 7, a.k.a. 07-07-07, and is described as “a kaleidoscope of rich florals...Xquisite, Mysterious, Xotic,”
The perfume launch precedes Prince’s recently-announced 21-show run in London this summer, which is scheduled to kick off with seven shows at the 02 Arena on August 1, 3, 4, 7, 10, 11, and 14 as part of the Earth Tour.
As previously reported, he’ll charge 31.21 pounds per ticket ($62), in honor of the album, and will switch up the style of his show each night so that the die-hards who attend multiple performances will have 21 completely different experiences.

I have to say Prince is very underrated.
I have the very best of Prince cd.
I don't see why people don't appriciate Prince more. But they will listen to Backstreet boys, N'sync, etc, and call it music.
If you want to add me that would be great. I'm looking for friends to add. ;)

why do so many people not like the rainbow children?
i actually love it and think its one of princes best albums in a long time along with 3121 and musicology.
i suppose to an extent it must be because of the religious messages within the album but to be honest i ignore these. its like elvi's gospel records (or any gospel actually) or george harrisons music when he gets all preachy, i just ingore the meaning and listen to the song, is it good or bad?
and thats what i do with rainbow children, i love the music on the album. i suppose maybe its because people still want purple rain part 2 whenever prince releases a new album.

Hi there!
I'm Becky, I'm 15 and I live in Bath, UK.
I'm a very new Prince fan. I've always liked the majority of the music I've heard of his and I guess I've always found him attractive in some way but never really thought about it. It wasn't until I went to The Brits last week and saw him perform live that I developed a real passion.
I hope to learn loads of great stuff about Prince, can you suggest any sites?
Hope to get to know some of you a lot better as time goes on!!
XxX

| Prince at the Brits |
[15 Feb 2006|10:46pm] |
Prince performs a medley of old and new hits including the classics Purple Rain and Let’s Go Crazy
And the secret special guest is… the mighty Prince! Okay, so some of you may have worked that out already, but what a show! The purple pop genius treats the audience to the unforgettable Purple Rain, accompanied by some incredible guitar playing and some very, very high-pitched singing. He rounds off his amazing set with Let’s Go Crazy, and the audience don’t need asking twice. Well, we are here to party!
I need to see this and I need to see this NOW! Damn them for not showing it live anymore!
