 | 01:53 am Hey, I'm torn on whether or not I like this. It's more meant to be spoken, if that helps. Any form of feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Love is blind are the people who are hoping to find yourself a husband, find yourself a rhyme is important when you're taking your time is a healer of unavoidable loss of a vision deprivation of a cause for seclusion well lets have a resolution resolution of the cause resolution of the loss or better yet a revolution where you still will take your time and don't need to find a rhyme because this crowd is the sublime of grace in independency.

 | 11:11 am no really has been updating lately. i would post my poems now but im in florida and don't have them with me. but ive decided that if someone new wants to join they dont have to wait for me to give them a poem to critique they can just post saying there name, age, how long they have been writing poetry and post a sample of your work for others to critique. and feel free to critique your own poem as long as you want. Then they may start commenting all they want!
thanks meaghan p.s. does anyone have any good ideas for a contest on something we could do for the month?

| 11:58 am - Hello all Hello my name is Andy Sample. Im 13. I ve benn writing for about 3 or 4 years but have really gotten into poetry lately and am looking for more critique than my sister can offer. I tend to lean more towards abstract and out of the ordinary poems than those that can sound...angsty.
Thanks in advance for replies. Current Music: The Five Tone Dragon- Jah Wobble Current Mood: content

 | 10:58 pm - Hello...:) My name is Lene and I am from Denmark. I am 20 years old and at the moment I am trying to write a novel. I also write poetry and short stories. I am really shy about my poetry because I don't like what I write. Most of my poetry is born in anger or in sorrow and I don't like that myself. But I still want to know what other people think about my work... If i should just forget averything about being a poet or if I should go on.. :)
Smiles from lene

 | 08:33 pm Come with me, I'll hold you close. I'll build a home within my arms, I'll keep your comfort near. You don't have to do this, dear, don't cry these crimson tears. Stay strong for each other now, we'll stand up with the sun. Alone, the storms rage strong and fierce. Together, rain clouds clear. Let's sit beneath the stars and feel the peaceful moon above. We'll let ourselves slip far away, kill our fears and sleep today. We dream of sunsets yet to come: glorious - strong in beauty. Lying in our sweet embrace, we'll never
fall

| 05:28 pm Hello. :o)
I guess first, I'll follow the rules. I'm 17, and I've been writing for a few years I guess, but really only on and off when I'm in a certain 'mood' persay.
Anywase, I'm doing an english AP project, where we gotta write poems and such, and I have this one poem, I'm wondering if someone can tell me if it can be considered 'free verse'. Or, maybe it can be catagorized at something else? Thanks.

 | 07:36 pm The creatures of the night are abound with hope, They all sit around smoking their dope, The meaning of life is but inches away, To learn of their failures in a quite funny way.
Have fun with that. how come people havent posted in awhile???????????

 | 12:52 pm - newest poem by me~
Well, here's my latest poem. I wrote it in French Class on let's see...the 17th. I REALLY need you all to critique it as much as possible. Be BRUTAL, HARSH, TAKE NO PRISIONERS!!!! It could use some work, so I came to the best and brightest I could find. So please, do your thing. And keep checking back at it to see what I reply, so we can get it finished! I would love it! Thanks!
"And vines do grow"
She heard it all in her head,
darkness wrapping as a vine.
At times she couldn't tell if it was real.
A poison made of sight, see, touch, feel.
Grasp the chest, it hurt to breath,
Zombie Kitty was crushing her with it's knees.
Twirling hair to stay the vine~
"No thanks. I'm driving." Refused the vine.
Calmly purple plays across the wall,
with teeth and eyes of red to crawl.
It will often ask "shall you go below?"
Night blooms with naught to show~
Lord for doomed day, cull the light.
This is real or the vine's strange night Current Mood: artistic Current Music: Dead Disco ~ Metric
