Wow. Haven't been over here in a loooooooong time. *hugs it*

But the good thing is, I've finally got Photoshop CS 2! *claps* So, I think I'll be spending more time around here.

Uh...right now, I'm testing a colorbar I made.

Needs work. =3

reiko_narita

*le sigh* Sorry about not updating. I have made a few icons and graphics here and there, but every now and then, PSP doesn't want to work, especially if I try to use the Brush tool. :( Hopefully, it will behave today and if it does, I'll try to post some things. ^^

reiko_narita

This is new for me, so I hope you like them. I've never attempted this type of icon and although it's easy to do, it takes me a while to get it done.

Woah! Haven't been here since...last year! *facepalm* Okay, so I haven't been so productive latley. Well, that's what happens when you're in college with about a thousand things to do and no time to learn new skills. Plus, I was lacking good quality images at the time...and still am. Remember the rules. They haven't changed. X3

Yep. It's that time again. Time for more yaoi love between my two favorite saiyans.

Here are some potential community icons I did for chat_magique, my new (and last) community. Feel free to donate too. >3 I couldn't resist putting Jacob in there, but you don't have to vote for him if you don't want to. My favorites are 1, 3, 4, and 7.

Here are some icons I made just recently.

This is my cat, Jacob, who was nice enough to let me photograph him. Ain't he sweet? He's usually more laid back than Skimble, so this was pretty easy. However, I couldn't get him to stop playing with my camera strap. And, since it's nearly October, I decided to get into the Halloween spirit a little early. I also used some CATS lyrics brushes I made myself. The others aren't mine. *sigh* I'd love to post the brushes but I don't know how. I've already made a preview, but the trick is getting to the point where I can make them downloadable.

I redid the layout on my personal journal reiko_narita. If you have the time, take a peek, because it's loverly. I really enjoyed making the header image so I thought I would post it here.

( take a lookCollapse )

I'm going to do more like this, with other characters, so if you would like for me to make one similar to this with your favorite cat, I'd be glad to. However, I would appreciate it if you would not use these, because I made them specifically for my journal. Let's all try to be unique. :)

Like I promised, bunches of KxV icons for the KxV fans out there. These are from a doujinshi called "9 Gates", so I think it's only right to thank and give credit to slaughterchichi.

Please note: This entry is overloaded with images.

Here are two Demeter icons. I'm not sure which production this is from, but if anyone knows, please let tell me. They're kind of old, but I put them up just to get them out of the way. I will update later on today with a much bigger selection of KxV icons ( thanks to slaughterchichi ).

reiko_narita

I got bored today, so I made these to pass the time. Hope you like them. I made all of these brushes myself so don't steal the icons or the brushes.

I'm pretty pleased with them except for 07. and 05. I could have done better. Oh well. Nobody's perfect.

I couldn't resist the temptation to just go ahead and post some icons, but I probably won't be able to do anything else until I get my computer hooked up to the network in my room at University Village. I'm quite proud of these icons, so I hope you'll enjoy them too.

I think I've gotten better at this. (>^^<)

Note: I made the text/lyric brushes on the Bombalurina, Growltiger, Griddlebone, Alonzo, and MxR icons. I am in the process of creating text/lyric brushes for the song, Macavity. If you all can give me some time, I'll post these in the next entry I make. I've been planning on doing a lot of the songs from CATS. I've even made a list, however, I won't use every single lyric (that would be a bit much).

+Jellicle Songs for Jellicle Cats
+The Naming of Cats
+The Old Gumbie Cat
+Grizabella the Glamour Cat
+Mungojerrie and Rumpleteazer
+Song of the Jellicles
+Growltiger's Last Stand
+Skimbleshanks the Railway Cat
+Macavity the Mystery Cat
+Mr. Mistoffelees

This may take awhile, but it's fun for me. Besides, I won't have a whole lot to do next week, so that will give me some time to make them.

But if the one you want isn't on there, I'll try and make it for you (that is if you like how the brushes look. This is the first time I've made brushes, so be kind and tell me if you like them or not.
