What is Auto Renew?
One NZ Auto Renew automatically renews your Prepay Plus plan for you each month using your saved debit or credit card. You can spend less time thinking about renewals and more time getting on with your day.
You'll still be on Prepay Plus, there’s no contract, and you're in control with the My One NZ app.
Benefits of Auto Renew
How to set up Auto Renew
1. Open the My One NZ app.
2. Tap on your Prepay Plus Plan usage at the top of the home screen, then tap to 'Set up now'
3. Follow the prompts to save your debit or credit card, or choose one you've already saved.
4. Your card will be charged between 5pm and midnight on the day before your plan renews at the price of your active Prepay Plus plan.

Earn Phone Dollars™ with Auto Renew
Setting up Auto Renew doesn't just make life easier, it could help you earn Phone Dollars too! $1 Phone Dollar equals $1 New Zealand dollar to use towards your next interest-free phone.
You can earn $30 Phone Dollars for setting up Auto Renew, and $5 Phone Dollars every time your Prepay Plus plan successfully renews using your saved card. Terms apply.
You’ll need to save these Phone Dollars offers in your One Wallet to earn.

Other important things to know
Auto Renew makes it easier to keep your plan going, but there are a few things to keep in mind.
- You'll need a saved debit or credit card. Cash and EFTPOS can't be used
- Auto Renew stays on until you turn it off
- If your card payment fails and you have enough balance on your Prepay Plus account, the balance will be used to renew your plan. If your existing balance is used to renew your plan, the payment won’t qualify for Phone Dollars
- Auto Renew only renews your Prepay Plus plan. Add-Ons and extras need to be bought separately
- You cannot make changes to your plan between 5pm and midnight on the day before your plan renews
- To earn Phone Dollars, save the offer in your One Wallet before your qualifying payment is made
- Auto Renew is not available with MyFlex or Pay & Go plans. Make the move to Prepay Plus.
- For full T&Cs, visit Auto Renew terms.
