POKEY QUEST I HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND INSTANTANEOUSLY PEOPLE HAVE EMPTIED OUT FROM YELLOW5'S CHAT PAGE. WHICH STILL EXISTS FROM THE WHIMSY LINK, INCIDENTALLY.
For the past few days or weeks or so, I noticed that the Pokey Chat Service messages remained at a steady 485. Eventually growing suspicious that perhaps I had miscounted, I attempted to foray into this quite little niche to find this message:
NOTHING HERE YET
I have stepped into the Twilight Zone of POKEY????????? Is the POKEY CHAT SERVICE being serviced or is there some kind of an error? The users list also exists but no users can be found when you click on names.
What can I, a simple pixel, do, as this situation does not coincide with expected circumstances?
Hello! I am looking for a Japanese person (however you want to define that) living in the US who might be interested in a cultural exchange involving Pokey. All that is asked of said person is that they sit down for a few minutes with the authors. He or she need not be a Pokey fan. Email me at jb@rs.tc ASAP.
The Asko page claims Asko is over, but I still have Asko questions to Asko. Actually I just had one question:
What's a good conversational question to ask someone who just came back from the war? I might run into them at a wedding or something. The only question I have to ask so far is "So, did you shoot anybody in the face?"
HOORJ! Collaborative Storytelling Contrivance has returned from server trouble limbo, for all your Pokey the Penguin storytelling collaboration needs!
For reference, here are the possible URLs, all of which end in .story9000.org arcticcircle bin choose dist excitation foyer from-my-life hieroglyphs one-day-in-dc skeptomaze stories-of-things-found stories-of-things-lost tunnel unblink valley-of-flames www
You'd think this would be more popular, seeing as how it's the most convenient collaborative storytelling tool anywhere (that I've yet seen).
After clicking on the "Asko" link a week after the first time, (since all other links on the Hall of Whimsy had been viewed recently) I notice there are probably 500 new questions in the past week. In case anyone's interested. Personally I can't be bothered what with classes.
