デジタルアーキテクト（情報処理建築家）　資格（または検定）が必要では？　　　Digital Architect Qualification

建築業界のDXが叫ばれる今、真に変革をドライブしているのは、かつての図面文化の延長線上にいる人間ではありません。
高度な3Dソフトを渡されると、まるでゲームを攻略するかのように直感的に操作を習得し、空間をデジタル上で縦横無尽に構築してしまう人材――いわば「デジタルアーキテクト（情報処理建築家）」です。
彼らはすでに、これからの建築業界にとって無くてはならない、極めて重要な中核人材となっています。

しかし実情として、彼らの持つ卓越した能力や貢献度は、業界内で正当に評価されているとは言えません。
その最大の要因は、彼らのスキルを客観的に証明する「公的な資格や検定」がまだ存在しないことにあります。
一級建築士という伝統的な資格だけでは測れない、現代のアーキテクチャ（情報と空間の統合）を扱える才能が、定義されないまま埋もれているのです。

この「デジタルアーキテクト資格」の必要性は、近年の行政の動きを見ても明らかです。

現在、国が進める「建築確認申請の3D（BIM）化」の本質は、単に紙の図面を3Dデータに置き換えて提出することに留まりません。
例えば、Google Earth上に計画建物を正確に配置し、周囲への影響、景観との調和などを検証する、「都市と建築をシームレスに繋ぐ、広い意味での3Dスキル」が求められ始めています。

これはもはや従来の「図面を引く」スキルではなく、「都市というビッグデータを処理し、空間をシミュレーションする」という情報処理の領域です。

だからこそ、こうした広範なデジタルスキルを正当に評価し、その社会的地位を確立するための「デジタルアーキテクト検定」の創設が急務なのです。

この資格が誕生すれば、ゲーム世代の若い才能が建築業界を牽引する動機となり、確認申請のデジタル化も一気に加速するでしょう。
彼らの重要性を看過せず、新たな資格制度を設計すること。
それこそが、日本の建築社会をアップデートする合理的な次の一歩ではないでしょうか。

Now that DX in the construction industry is being called for, those truly driving the transformation are not people who are merely extensions of the traditional drawing culture.
They are the talent who, when handed advanced 3D software, intuitively master its operation as if they were beating a video game, and construct spaces digitally with complete freedom—in other words, 'Digital Architects (Information Processing Architects)'.
They have already become essential, extremely important core personnel for the future of the construction industry.

However, in reality, their outstanding abilities and contributions are not being fairly evaluated within the industry.
The biggest factor for this is that there is still no 'official qualification or certification' to objectively prove their skills.
Talent capable of handling modern architecture (the integration of information and space), which cannot be measured by the traditional First-Class Architect qualification alone, remains undefined and buried.

The necessity for this 'Digital Architect Qualification' is clear even when looking at recent government movements.

Currently, the essence of the '3D (BIM) transition for building confirmation applications' being promoted by the government is not limited to simply replacing paper drawings with 3D data for submission.
For example, 'broad 3D skills that seamlessly connect cities and architecture,' such as accurately placing planned buildings on Google Earth and verifying their impact on the surroundings and harmony with the landscape, are beginning to be required.

This is no longer the traditional skill of 'drawing blueprints,' but rather the realm of information processing: 'processing big data called cities and simulating space.'

That is precisely why the creation of a 'Digital Architect Certification' to fairly evaluate such broad digital skills and establish their social status is an urgent task.

If this qualification is born, it will become a motivation for young, game-generation talent to lead the construction industry, and the digitalization of confirmation applications will accelerate all at once.
We must not overlook their importance and should design a new qualification system.
