【第596回】Personalization：リアルタイム ID 解決の確認方法
前回の記事では、Unified Individual を起点とする Real-Time Profile Data Graph を作成しました。
今回は、CRM に用意した検証用顧客と同じ Customer ID を TrailNest から送信し、CRM の顧客情報と Web の行動データを、リアルタイムデータグラフで一緒に参照できるか確認します。
あわせて、リアルタイムでの照合結果と、通常の ID 解決によって DMO に保存される統合結果の違いも確認します。

CRM データの用意
今回のテストを行うに辺り、いくつかのテストデータを用意しました。
今回の対象は、次の検証用顧客です。
Customer ID：POC-011-003
18 桁の Salesforce ID：003gC000001zg6dQAA
名前：Sasaki Yuki
まず、クエリエディターで、対象の CRM Contact がどの Unified Individual に関連付いているかを確認します。
以下は今回の環境で使用したクエリです。Unified Link Individual と Unified Individual の API 名、検索する Contact ID は、自分の環境に合わせて変更してください。

次に、現在のリアルタイムデータグラフ上の JSON がどのようになっているかも確認しておきます。
Data 360 の データエクスプローラー を開きます。
Object Type：Data Graphs
Object：前回作成した Real-Time Profile Data Graph
先ほど控えた Unified Individual ID で対象レコードを探します。
※ クエリエディターにも「データエクスプローラー」がありますが、ここでは、通常の「データエクスプローラー」をご利用ください。
View をクリックします。
ここに表示されるのが、最新のリアルタイムデータグラフの JSON です。JSON の確認画面では、Real-time View を On にします。
操作前には、次のように CRM 側の顧客情報が表示されていました。

これが、注文を済ませた時にどのように変わるかを確認します。ブラウザのシークレットウィンドウをすべて閉じてから、新しいシークレットウィンドウで TrailNest を開きます。
その後、今回の「POC-011-003」を顧客 ID として登録して、チェックアウトを行います。
注文が完了しました。
データエクスプローラーに戻って、画面をリフレッシュします。すると、以下のような JSON に変わります。

そして、注目頂きたいのが、
003gC000001zg6dQAA（既存の Salesforce ID）
と
5560a09008c85e5f（今回の匿名 ID）
がリアルタイムで統合しているからこそ、このデータがあるわけですね。
但し、注意して欲しいのは、これは本当の意味での統合ではありません。
その証拠に、先ほどクエリエディターで確認したクエリを再実行してください。そこに 2 行が表示されません。
リアルタイム ID 解決とは
ここまでの検証から、リアルタイム ID 解決は、通常の ID 解決をその場で実行して、統合結果を DMO に保存する処理とは異なる ことが分かります。
既存の ID 解決ルールセットのマッチルールや調整ルールを利用し、受信した顧客の識別情報を、Real-Time Data Graph にある統合済みの Profile と照合する仕組みです。つまり結果は Real-Time Data Graph だけにあるということです。
リアルタイムで顧客を識別できたことと、通常の ID 解決によって DMO の統合結果が更新されたことは、分けて考える必要があります。
それでは最後に、標準の ID 解決を実行してみます。
以下の通り、2 行が表示されましたので、これで標準側も ID 解決されたことになります。

今回は、新しいブラウザから Customer ID を送信し、既存の CRM 顧客の情報と、Web での閲覧・カート追加・購入の行動を、Real-Time Profile Data Graph で一緒に参照できることを確認しました。
また、リアルタイムでの照合結果と、通常の ID 解決によって DMO に保存される統合結果を、別々に確認する方法も紹介しました。
ここまでで、Personalization の判断に利用する、顧客情報と行動データの土台が整いました。
次回は、TrailNest の商品データを準備し、Recommendation の候補となる商品を参照する Item Data Graph を作成します。商品 ID、商品名、価格、カテゴリ、画像 URL、商品 URL などを用意し、Profile 側で取得した商品 ID と結び付けられる構成にしていきます。
