It's time to officially announce that I'm in the process of reviving ye old spin-off, narukohs. That's right, it's back.

Or at least...it will be soon. I'm realizing that in my attempt to put together some guidelines to help people play more according to culture (because let's face it, last time there was an awful lot of confusion on how to play in a Japanese high school), I probably need to know a little more about where exactly people are confused.

So please, feel free to riddle me with questions! Also, check out what's up so far and plot out what you may want to do with your character as you get first dibs on the character(s) you play now. (Or if you want to know if I have any ideas/suggestions for your character, feel free to ask.)

The plan is to officially restart the RP next month, starting fresh on the new school year with the Rookie Nine entering their first year of high school. <3

All you guys, I want to apologize for being awol all this week. I owe Jaid & Gochan tags liek wo, I'm sorry. Got very sick, and then got very landed with 9000 words to write on three topics and no sleep to be had... >.<

Feeling way better now! But I still have 2 essays and 3 exams to go. I'll be missing for another 4 or 5 days. ;__;

In the meantime! I want you guys to take part in this!

I started playing on the 10th of November and the next day the total jumped from 63,253,810
to 122,377,240 grains of rice! Okay, okay, that wasn't ENTIRELY me but I try to play every day for 20 minutes. It's marvellous for the vocab, and even better for the feeding. The current total sits at 3,531,907,160. Help bust 4,000,000,000 by December! Go on! One billion feeds 50,000 people for a day - imagine what that number will do.

I found a rather interesting character survey that I thought you guys might have fun with. It's a bit of an interview.
For those of you who want to see my answers, they're here. (Beware; being that I have three characters here, it's rather long. >.>)
Questions are behind the cut.
( say anything...Collapse )

Boo! First 4 to reply here get a Naruko!drabble of their choice! Include character(s) & prompt! Let's see if I can't oblige.

I thought that, being filled with cracked-out goodness, you all might appreciate this link.
Prepare to flip out like a ninja.
The site where it comes from, http://www.rathergood.com/ , is also worth a visit.
Enjoy.

In honor of our first birthday~

( Here come the Naruko Pairing Dice!Collapse )

Any takers?

Kabumi is the official spokesperson of the Naruko Pairing Dice. Hiashiko simply isn't evil enough for them.

[ Open to ALL ]

Give me a link to a log/conversation/journal. (Only canon scenes please.) Tell me which scene within it you'd like to see depicted.

I will draw it.

Each of your characters gets one request. Meaning if you have three characters, you get to make three requests; one character, one request. Requests do not have to be limited to involving that specific character, although I would prefer it just to give everyone a shot.

Happy gender-bent RP-ing everyone. *loves on*

Note: Drawings will not have any due dates or even be completed in the order requested, but my goal is to have them done before the end of the year. To be posted sporatically.

I don't really have an open slot to put this in my icons, but if/when I do, I'll squeeze it in. Until then, thought I'd share and display here.

A Kureno icon, but for zuul of course~!

Because she bribed me with fic asked so nicely~

Hope it pleases! X3

As most of you are aware of by now, I have a marvelous little invention known as the Naruko Pairing Dice. What it consists of is an Excel spreadsheet with five categories (AKA dice): All Females, All Males, Young Females, Older Females, and Villians.

In order to play, simply tell me which two dice you want me to roll. Then I will roll my 20-sided or 12-sided dice, depending on how many names there are on the dice lists, and tell you which names come up.

Alternatively, you can do what zuul did and request a single die roll for one of your characters.

The goal is to make it a pairing--however, if you simply can't manage it (or don't want to manage it--wimps) you can simply do a scene with those two characters. The written challenge can be as short as a drabble (100 words exactly), but there is no upper limit for what you write. Multichapter fic, anyone? If you'd rather draw than write, feel free!

Every PC character in Naruko is currently on at least one of the dice. (The poor men have only one dice 'cuz, well, there's only enough of 'em to make one dice.) The women are on at least two, with the exception of the villians, who are on three.

If you want to play, tell me which dice to roll! Ask for as many rolls as you'd like--I love doing this. >D
