Collaboration
Core to the ‘how we do what we do’ is collaboration – or what we call ‘the magic’! Not just collaborating with each other, but 100% with our clients too. It’s just what we do naturally. That’s one of the reasons we chose to call ourselves “MeThree’.
Knowledge
We all have years of experience behind us which means we’ve picked up a fair amount of knowledge along the way in our various roles and areas of expertise. We want to use this accumulated knowledge to help our clients – collectively we’ve been working in this industry for so long there aren’t many problems we haven’t encountered before. That said, we know there’s still a lot we don’t know, so we’re also open minded and keen to keep learning…
Outward facing
We’re curious folk and love to learn about new things, whether that’s immersing ourselves in understanding a new sector, what makes users tick, or the latest design and technology trends. We want to make a positive impact on the world. Being environmentally-conscious and supporting our local communities is important to us. Being Oxford-based, we’re lucky enough to have a wealth of opportunities to learn on our doorstep!
Respectful
We respect each other and others we work with – we all have different complementary skills and backgrounds which gives us different perspectives and ideas to contribute. Equally, we respect all of our clients too, for the work they do and the people they are. Spending time with our clients is one of our favourite things to do, and it’s important to us to be seen as trusted thinking partners – which leads to our final core value…
Creativity
Last but not least we are creative, in the broadest sense of the word. We relish the chance to get stuck into a knotty problem and come up with ideas for solving it. Maybe it’s a complicated information architecture puzzle, a design or technical challenge, or a communication muddle. Making sense of messy things is something we enjoy.
We’re also on a mission to minimise the carbon footprint of the work we do.
