Hi, everyone. This is sort of a sad post for me because this was my first icon contest community here on LJ and as the title of the post says, I am putting it on an indefinite hiatus.

I have greatly enjoyed running this icon contest but I feel it is time to move on. :) Participation has been limited to one or two members for a very long while now, so I feel it would be best to just close this place down and focus on my other icon contests (japan_abc, naruto_awards, and food_abc).

Any of you who desire to are welcome to come over to japan_abc where the subjects are not just limited to Japanese music but instead anything and everything Japanese.

Those of you who were here for jrock would really enjoy jrock_stillness. It is a great community with some excellent mods. :)

All the back logged banners have been made and posted. The two posts are right beneath this one.

One day, I may try to restart this community but as of right now I do not see that happening. Thank you to all of you for your participation and support.

Sorry everyone, life has been really crazy and the internet had to take a back seat to a bad cold and myself being super busy at uni right now.
