Newsies, newsies fanfic
In 1899, the streets of New York City echoed with the voices of newsies...Admit it. You just heard that in Max Casella's voice. Of course you did.
Welcome to In 1899, a brand new Newsies community here on LiveJournal. The idea for this comm was formed in about...10 minutes, during a series of blog posts on Tumblr. Perhaps not the most auspicious start, but I do intend to Make Something Of This Comm.
Our general purpose is general Newsies love! Fanfic, fanart, conversations, fangirling, and shared adoration of this Disney film that has spawned such a rabid fandom that has lasted for so long.
Pull up a chair, get comfy, and join in the fun!
