The press release states: "Beginning at 9:30 p.m., the 'Grand Hallows Ball' events will transport guests from their ordinary muggle world into an evening of enchanting music, imaginative costumes, fun activities, and fabulous prizes. Harry Potter fans will leave the Ball with original souvenirs commemorating this special evening."

As some of you may know already, the date for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix has been moved to
JULY 11th, 2007!!!!
Mark your calendars!
WB did this in order to allow a five-day "weekend" opener rather than a three-day. This means we get to see it two days ealrier! Wicked!
In other news, plans have officially been set in motion for a Harry Potter theme park in Orlando Florida, set to open in 2009.
*Save up your money cuz we're GOIN TO FLORIDA! In two years time, that is*
Check out the details here:

July is SO Harry Potter month!!!!!! Order of the Phoenix on July 13th, Deathly Hallows on July 21st, Dan Radcliffe's Birthday on July 28th, and Harry Potter and J.K. Rowling's birthday on July 31st!!!! I am going to come up with a "HP" list, one HP-related thing to do for every day in July! If you have any ideas, let me know!!!! And if you want to participate... COOL. Cuz I'm doing it fo sho. July is going to be the happiest and saddest month of my entire life. Harry Potter book seven! The LAST one... I can't believe it. Life is going to suck once the last HP movie comes out. No more LOTR, and the Hobbit may be a disaster. Anywhoo... I'm still excited!

Book seven is officially:
HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS
Hmmm... hopefully the title will grow on me, because right now I don't think it has the impact it should for the seventh book. I also think the word "deathly" sounds awkward.
But I'm still excited!

| Book 7 Update |
[15 Sep 2006|01:48am] |
JK Rowling updated her official website this morning with a new item in the news section, her first diary entry since May, and a "never asked question" that fans should begin theorizing about.
In her news update, she wrote about her progress on book seven, saying that although she had some trouble getting the manuscript on her flight out of New York, it's now safe and sound, she's "working hard" on it and "really enjoying it," and she is currently debating between two possible titles for it.
...I can't wait to hear the new title!!!!!
