David-tennant.com Commission - Mr and Mrs Saxon
A few months ago david-tennant.com had an auction to raise money for a hospice in memory of David Tennant's mother. One of the items auctioned was a commission for artist Pete Wallbank to create a peice of high quality Doctor Who related artwork. Well I won and Pete has been toiling away on my behalf for some time and put in some rea  lly astounding time and effort to make this for me. My choice was for a picture of Doctor Who's hottest couple, the Saxons. So here is the finished work which arrived in the post this morning. Pete has included several preliminary sketches as well to show the process of creating this piece. Needless to say I am thrilled with it and extremely greatefull to Pete for his time and effort. And I'm also glad that a very good cause could benefit from this auction, it was nice to do my bit  Any nice comments shall be passed on to Pete |

"Strain" - By Blue-Jackal
This is the first fanfic I have writen for about 8, yes EIGHT, years.
I am massively out of practice but I have been desperate to write something Lucy/Harry since the moment they appeared onscreen.
Also, the wonderful fics you guys have written have certainly gone a long way to inspire me.
I've been working on this all evening and finished it at 2am here so please do forgive any spelling typos, I'm just too tired now to even spot them.
Anyway, like I've said. This is the first thing I've written for about 8 years so please don't be too harsh.
Any kind comments would be lovely because it would inspire me to write more :)

I set up this community for my own fan fiction but looking around no one else seems to have set up a place dedicated just to Lucy, which I think is a shame because she is a fascinating character. I've spotted Lucy fanfic scattered all over the place, but it's mostly been that I've stumbled over it by accident or had to look really hard for it. So I've decided to open this place up. Any member can now post anything Lucy-related... fanfic, art, icons, discussion... whatever! Discussion about Alexandra Moen is also allowed. |
