Locklear & Sambora: Over!

ET has confirmed the surprising news that after more than 11 years of marriage, HEATHER LOCKLEAR, 44, and her rocker husband, RICHIE SAMBORA, 46, are calling it quits. In court papers filed Thursday, Locklear cites "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.
"Heather Locklear has filed for divorce from Richie Sambora," according to her publicist. "This is a private matter and there will be no further comment at this time."
The "Melrose Place" star and BON JOVI guitarist have one child, 8-year-old AVA ELIZABETH. Locklear was previously married to another rocker, TOMMY LEE.
Just last June on the red carpet at 'The Perfect Man' premiere, Sambora told our KEVIN FRAZIER what made Locklear so perfect for him: "Just look at her, I got the prettiest girl in the place everywhere I go."

I was sad and shocked when my friend told me today that the singer of CRASHDÏET, Dave Lepard, had died. He was only 25 years old, the same age as me. Crashdïet was one of the best new hard rock/glam metal bands around, and I had high hopes for them. The remaining three band members said they will not continue with the band, which I understand. I'm just glad I had the opportunity to see them live last fall.
R.I.P. Dave Lepard
In a joint statement released to the media, the surviving members of CRASHDÏET — Martin Sweet (guitar), Peter London (bass) and Eric Young (drums) — said, "As a bandmember, but most of all as a person, we will miss him for all eternity. Dave was nothing but a genius and a very special person. CRASHDÏET will definitely not continue as a band. CRASHDÏET consisted of four people and now one has left us."

just saw the hubby on access hollywood. he was doing a tour of sunset strip and he talked about the first time he met CC.
i handed him a flyer to come see my band play. he threw it in my face and said "your band sucks. i'll never come see you guys play!"

Selling Shirt with a Message
According to UPI, Poison frontman Bret Michaels says he will break from his Freedom of Sound tour in early 2006 for a TV campaign for juvenile diabetes.
"I've been a juvenile diabetic since I was 6," Michaels told the Los Angeles Daily News. "We've started a website because I want to take a much more hands-on approach, and we've created a very controversial shirt that will be available on www.bretmichaels.com. It has on the front a (shirtless) picture of me, and it says Bret Michaels Diabetic and how many injections I'd taken in my life as of the day we did the shirt, which was, like, 253,210. Then it says Fear Nothing. Survive It.
Michaels said the money raised by shirt sales will be used to send kids with juvenile diabetes to camp. "Going to camp as a child makes all the difference in the world," Michaels said
