I'm a lead software engineer who has worked on projects of varying scale and stage of life, from startups to enterprises. My latest challenge was the modernisation of a legacy system, a 600-table, 21 TB core, into a set of microservices, taking over from four previous attempts. I did it with a squad that became AI-native along the way, running on a custom multi-agent system under one doctrine: only merge code that can be understood and explained. I'm an active open-source contributor, with over a hundred merged PRs across more than 20 projects, including Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft, NVIDIA and Hugging Face.
