This is a peer to peer support, personal growth, and self-discovery group for lovely, unique people with intelligence and beautiful hearts.

For those who have gone through something difficult or are going through something difficult, are struggling or have struggled psychologically, or who feel a special caring for those who have this is a place to talk about feelings, make friends and find support.

The strongest people are those who come through the storm, not those who never see it.

Just like everyone has physical health, everyone has mental (or psychological) health. Staying healthy and growth are important issue for everyone, not just those with a chronic (long term) illness.

Those without any specific diagnosis can come here to talk about day to day life and stresses, relationships with parents, significant others, and friends, and of course generally being and staying healthy, or whatever is their current need.

Everyone is welcome here, there is no application/voting process, the purpose is to give and receive support and develop friendships. If you decide to join, within a few days, leave a post that introduces yourself, and you can share as much (or as little) information as you feel comfortable. This may be just your name, or an explanation of why you are interested in this community.

Anything you wish to post here is acceptable, as long as it does not aim to hurt or offend anyone by reasonable standards. This can include art, photos, poetry, stories, questions, thoughts, anything pertaining to the community.

OUR GOAL
This community welcomes those who are or have struggled, but we differ from some similar communities in that our ultimate goal is positive. We do not encourage self-destructive behaviors, but rather offer support and understanding. This does not mean we always have to be happy or behave in a healthy manner, just that we share a desire to reach a point of healthy happy living. It’s ok to talk about upsetting things; we don’t shy away from reality nor do we feel that what you go through reflects on who YOU are.
