chore: upgrade Gradle wrapper to 9.4.1, regenerate Flatpak sources - #154

The openjdk25 Flatpak SDK extension was updated on 2026-04-22 (commit bd0f1657) to bundle Gradle 9.4.1 (skipping 9.3.1 and 9.4.0). The Flatpak build uses the SDK's gradle binary directly, so the offline repository must be generated with the same version. This upgrades the project wrapper to match and regenerates the flatpak-sources.json files so kotlin-dsl:6.5.2 (required by Gradle 9.4.1) is available offline.
