Add text / title scaling in relation with Icon Size. #177

What problem does this solve?
Sometimes App name (string) breaks because of Small / Medium size icons.
Text scaling will solve the issue.
Here, see the CodeBlocks name. It's a single string but it broke into two lines.
Proposed behaviour
Scaling with Icons
- Name will scale with Icon size so that the title / string won't break.
- Dynamically change with Icon size change, also have a custom size setter.

There is a dynamic scale option in the 1.9.0 RC .. but currently, it does not do anything with the app icon text yet, nevertheless adding this is not an issue, the code for that is in place. Just have to see how to make it good.

It works on Large and Medium but not Small .. that is the limitation. Its in main might port to 1.9.0 RC
