Motivation

Make the AI page easier to identify in the website sidebar.

Changes

Add an inline sparkle SVG to the English and Chinese AI sidebar entries. The icon uses stroke="currentColor" to follow the text color in default, hover, and active states.

Validation: formatting, JSON/SVG parsing, and git diff --check passed. Website rendering and before/after screenshots were not verified because dependencies are not installed in this worktree.
