Keep the Agent-friendly website article concise by removing unnecessary explanations.

Changes

Remove the llms.txt specification requirements list and the sentence explaining why the Markdown hint only includes llms.txt and llms-full.txt from both the English and Chinese versions.

Validation: targeted pnpm format, CSpell, and git diff --check passed.
