cargo deny fails on main's lockfile: RUSTSEC-2026-0386 finds tokio's
AsyncFd::newand the constructors beside it unsound before 1.51.6 and from 1.52.0 to 1.53.2, and the lock has 1.53.1. This updates tokio alone, to 1.54.1 (cargo update -p tokio);cargo deny --all-features checkpasses, and so doescargo test --workspace.
