Expands the global
--no-cachedescription indocs/cli.mdto match the maintainer explanation given on the issue: "The--no-cacheflag disables the use of caches globally, forcing Poetry to behave as if it had a cold cache all the time", and notes that it does not delete cached data (poetry cache clearis the separate command for that).
