Bug Report

1. Minimal reproduce step (Required)

The outdated dependencies can be identified by checking the go.mod file in release-8.5.

2. What did you expect to see? (Required)

The golang.org/x/crypto dependency should be upgraded from v0.44.0 to v0.45.0.
The stdlib dependency should be upgraded from v1.25.5 to v1.24.13, v1.25.7, or v1.26.0-rc.3.

3. What did you see instead (Required)

N/A

4. What is your TiDB version? (Required)

8.5.5
