Description

• Member inside a space that gets disabled or deleted: is sent to the projects overview with a message instead of staying on a space that no longer works.
• Managers inside a disabled space: are sent to the projects overview as well, since the content of a disabled space can't be listed anymore. They keep the disabled space in the list to enable or delete it.
• Projects overview: members who can't see the space anymore lose it from the list without navigation.

This supersedes #3709.

How Has This Been Tested?

• test environment: unit tests (Vitest), browser tests (Playwright) against a local OpenCloud
• test case 1: unit: disabled and deleted events navigate members and managers inside the space away, 403/404 remove the space, users elsewhere are not navigated
• test case 2: browser: live disable and delete with a second user inside the space and on the overview, manager inside the space is sent out and still sees the disabled space, re-enable shows the space again
