Row_split not work in IK_version. #7489
Description
Describe the bug
I download all of these version and try it on same model and same GPUs.
textgen-portable-4.4-windows-cuda13.1
textgen-portable-ik-4.4-windows-cuda13.1
textgen-portable-ik-4.4-windows-cuda12.4
All of them work fine with no-mmap
textgen-portable-4.4-windows-cuda13.1 work with no-mmap and row_split.
