Cameras that announced a supported output format change could stop capturing. The launcher now rechecks NV12 subtype, dimensions and signed stride, then continues capture when compatible. Invalid stride and buffer lengths are rejected before copying pixels.
Concurrent audio refreshes could overlap SDL initialization and shutdown. Enumeration now serializes the complete SDL library lifetime within the launcher.
An unreadable endpoint name could hide other working audio devices. Refresh now logs and skips unavailable endpoints while preserving the remaining devices and default rates.
Live audio device changes could fail when QEMU briefly had a route file open. Route publication now retries Windows lock errors, including access denied from an open destination for a bounded interval, preserving replacement and temporary-file cleanup.
Changelog:
Camera capture now continues through supported format changes and safely rejects invalid frame metadata. Audio device refresh and live route saves are more reliable during concurrent refreshes, hotplugging and playback.
