Create a JSX generator similar to transform from @svgr/core or convertSvgToJsx from @svgo/jsx.

Make this functionality similarly usable via oxvg binary

    FYI I built this for Parcel. It outputs an SWC AST. Maybe helpful https://github.com/parcel-bundler/parcel/blob/v2/crates/html/src/jsx.rs
