Repro steps:

1. Unzip the project and open it with vscode
   test_project.zip
2. Observe the messages in OUTPUT window

Actual result:

The left double quote is in the wrong place in this sentence: Read and verify the preset “file C:\Users\xxx\CMakePresets.json”

Expected result:

It should be: Read and verify the preset file "C:\Users\xxx\CMakePresets.json”
