Fit nhookleft in advance width

The current design of nhookleft U+0272 ɲ extends left of the left-side-bearing. This means it may clash with some glyphs on the left.

Description of the new feature/enhancement (with images if possible)

Change the design of nhookleft to fit within the 1200-unit advance width, either reducing width of the whole glyph or reducing the width of the n-part.

Good question. It doesn’t seem to clash with anything with the current scope of the font.

Some rare pairs may be very close, like /eng/nhookleft in Kimré words like heŋɲê or meŋɲê.

More importantly, the left of the hook will be chopped off when it is the first character of a line in some contexts:

Ah, good. I hadn't remembered seeing any cases where there was a clash, but yeah, I can see how it could become an issue in the future. In the case of the ď I designed an alternate, narrower variant to avoid possible clashing. Should that become an issue with the ɲ, then it would make sense to pursue that as well.

As for the start of line issue, I agree that it isn't a great experience to have part of the letter clipped, but it does appear to still be recognizable as a ɲ, even with the clipping, wouldn't you say? And modifying the character entirely would cause increased spacing issues everywhere else that the glyph is used—not to mention in any applications where clipping does not occur. So I am leaning towards leaving it the way it is.
