Randomized contents of bootstrap.bundle.js in project template #20030

Describe the bug

When creating a new project using the Aspire Starter App project template multiple times, each project ends up with different bootstrap files (bootstrap.bundle.js, bootstrap.esm.js, bootstrap.js, along with their minified and map files) in the dist directory. This is because they contain the literal text "5000", such as here. The default port number is also 5000, which is replaced with a random value before project creation has completed. I suspect the template engine performs a search/replace in all files, replacing all occurrences of "5000" with the randomized port number.

As a result, it becomes harder to spot diffs between projects created using older templates over time.

Expected Behavior

Lines like interval: 5000 in the dist directory remain unchanged.

Steps To Reproduce

• Create directories aspire-1 and aspire-2
• In both directories, create a new project using the Aspire Starter App project template (using the same project name)
• Diff the directories using a compare tool; while changes in launchSettings.json, .http and .csproj files are expected, the dist directories should be identical
