• Triage every new issue and author reply into one outcome: fix, escalate, feature request, needs info, rewrite, or close
• Escalate architectural issues to Linear (CORE, or CLO for Cloud issues)
• Merge fix-bugs.yml and dx-triage-doc-fixes.yml into a single fix-issue.yml that accepts a GitHub issue or a Linear ticket and routes it to a bug fix or a doc fix
• Add pr-guardrails.yml: external PRs must link an issue the author is assigned to; translation-only PRs to existing locales are closed
• Ask authors to rewrite AI-generated issues and PR descriptions, closing them after 8 hours if not rewritten (ai-rewrite-timer.yml)
• Rework the PR review skill for concise reports with code snippets, and split it into reference files
• Review team PRs when opened or marked ready for review; limit @medusajs-bot review to maintainers
• Stale bot only closes issues waiting on more information
• Remove create-linear-issue-on-pr.yml
• Update CONTRIBUTING.md and the PR template with the new contribution rules
